Live trading does not require a license; it is included in the Free tier. Pro, which removes builder fees, is not yet available during the beta. Once the beta phase ends, Pro can be purchased directly on this website, initially in selected countries only; this is verified at purchase.

polydesk clicktrader is currently in beta: the software is fully usable, but features may change and errors can occur. Builds are updated frequently; issues can be reported via support.

Yes. You must have set it up yourself, before and independently of any license purchase. We do not set up accounts, do not broker accounts and do not assist with registration on third-party platforms.

No. polydesk clicktrader is non-custodial: your signer key is generated and stored locally on your machine and signs orders on-device. We never see, transmit or store key material, and we have no technical ability to access, move or freeze your funds.

Download only from our official public GitHub repository and verify the checksum published with each release. There have been documented cases of trojanized trading tools in this space containing key stealers, never install a build from a forum link, Discord DM or third-party mirror.

Market-data requests and your orders go directly from your machine to the Polymarket API, we are not in that path. The communication with itereon infrastructure is limited to a Pro license validation check and technical error and crash diagnostic data used for troubleshooting. We process no trading or usage data: no orders, positions, market data or wallet information. Full details in the privacy policy.

No account is needed for the free tier. For Pro you receive a license key at purchase; no ongoing account or profile is created.

It provides no recommendations, signals or strategies, does not execute or route orders itself, holds no funds, and is not a financial service, trading venue or gambling operator. All trading decisions and outcomes are entirely your own responsibility.

Which markets, products and transactions are available on a third-party platform is determined solely by its operator. polydesk clicktrader does not select, rate, recommend or highlight individual markets and does not restrict your access.

polydesk clicktrader is a tool for operating your own account. The software makes no decisions, gives no recommendations and promises no economic outcome. All decisions are yours alone.

No. itereon GmbH provides software only. We do not organize, broker or advertise gambling or betting, accept no stakes, pay out no winnings and are not a counterparty to your transactions.

We have no influence on the existence, availability or functioning of third-party platforms and give no warranty for them. Details are governed by the license terms.

The app itself is free, live trading included. Orders placed in the Free tier carry a per-order builder fee, calculated as a percentage of the order's traded value and shown in the app before any order is sent. A Pro license removes builder fees entirely; whether Pro will be a subscription or a one-time purchase, and its price, will be announced before launch. In either case the Pro price is flat and independent of your results. Polymarket's own conditions and fees apply independently.

A small fee attached to each live order you route through polydesk clicktrader in the Free tier, applied via Polymarket's official Builder Program. It is a percentage of the order's traded value, is shown before you confirm each order and is our compensation for providing the software and its API infrastructure. It is not a stake, a commission on winnings or a participation in any trading outcome: we hold no funds and are not a counterparty to your trades. Rate changes are announced at least 3 days in advance. No builder fee applies in paper mode or under an active Pro license.

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the Pro license is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this ends your right of withdrawal once the contract confirmation arrives by email. If you do not give these declarations, the right remains. Full details, the model withdrawal form and an online withdrawal form are on the withdrawal page. The free tier lets you evaluate the full cockpit before buying.

Immediately after purchase, by email. The contract confirmation email is sent first and the key is released with it; for legal reasons the key is never shown on the website. If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
