Pro is offered only in unrestricted jurisdictions and only with a server located in your own country; we do not assess the legal situation at your residence.

Live trading does not require a license; it is included in Free. Plus licenses are not yet available; purchase opens after the beta phase. The price, how to purchase and the beta end date are announced at least 30 days before the beta ends, here and in the app. Plus will initially be available for selected billing countries, determined by our payment and tax setup; the billing country is verified at purchase.

polydesk clicktrader is currently in open beta: the software is fully usable, but features may change and errors can occur. During the open beta every installation has all Plus features at no builder fee. The beta runs until further notice; we announce its end at least 30 days in advance here and in the app. From the announced date, installations without a license key continue as Free; the Free limits are already shown in the app as a preview. In live mode, a software error can lead to unintended orders and to losses up to the funds committed to your orders and positions; your signer key exists only on your device, so keep a backup. Practice in paper mode first, start with small sizes and use DISARM when you step away (details in the terms, section 5). Builds are updated frequently; issues can be reported via support.

Installations without a license key continue as Free: the Free limits are applied to your risk caps (they are capped to the Free ceiling, not reset), your session history stays readable, and cancelling, selling, hedging and DISARM are never restricted. Nothing is deleted and no update is required. If you want to keep trading at larger size, Plus lifts the caps. Plus license keys stay active regardless of the beta.

Yes. You must have set it up yourself, before and independently of any license purchase. We do not set up accounts, do not broker accounts and do not assist with registration on third-party platforms.

No. polydesk clicktrader is non-custodial: your signer key is generated and stored locally on your machine and signs orders on-device. We never see, transmit or store key material, and we have no technical ability to access, move or freeze your funds.

Download only from our official public GitHub repository and verify the checksum published with each release. There have been documented cases of trojanized trading tools in this space containing key stealers, never install a build from a forum link, Discord DM or third-party mirror.

Market-data requests and your orders go directly from your machine to the Polymarket API, we are not in that path. The only communication with itereon infrastructure is technical error and crash diagnostic data used for troubleshooting and, only if you choose to send it, anonymous feedback from the app, both processed via Sentry (see sub-processors). A Plus license key is checked locally; the app does not contact us to validate it. We process no trading or usage data: no orders, positions, market data or wallet information. Yes, technical ones. If the app hits an error or crashes, a diagnostic report (app version, operating system, stack trace) is sent to Sentry, our processor for error and crash diagnostics, so we can fix the problem. It contains no trading or usage data: no orders, positions, market data or wallet information, and no key material. The feedback function in the app uses the same channel and sends, anonymously, only your rating, the text you write, the app version and your platform. Sentry is listed in our sub-processors; details in the privacy policy.

No account is needed for Free. For Plus you receive an offline license key that is bound to one wallet address of yours; no ongoing account or profile is created.

None of these. polydesk clicktrader is a software tool, a local user interface. It provides no recommendations, signals or strategies; your orders go from your own device straight to the platform, with no itereon server in between. itereon holds no funds and is not a financial service, trading venue or gambling operator. All trading decisions and outcomes are entirely your own responsibility.

Which markets, products and transactions are available on a third-party platform is determined solely by its operator. polydesk clicktrader does not select, rate, recommend or highlight individual markets and does not restrict your access.

polydesk clicktrader is a tool for operating your own account. The software makes no decisions, gives no recommendations and promises no economic outcome. All decisions are yours alone.

No. itereon GmbH provides software only. We do not organize, broker or advertise gambling or betting, accept no stakes, pay out no winnings and are not a counterparty to your transactions.

We have no influence on the existence, availability or functioning of third-party platforms and give no warranty for them. Details are governed by the license terms.

Free is a complete live-trading tool sized to get you started: risk caps of up to $25 stake per order, $100 exposure per market and 5 open orders per market, one open ladder at a time, and session statistics for the current trading day. These are provisional beta values; they are shown in the app before an order would be capped and take effect only after the beta ends. Cancelling, selling, hedging and DISARM are never limited in any tier. Plus lifts the caps.

Plus is a flat subscription (monthly or yearly); the price is announced before the beta ends and purchase opens after the beta phase. The Plus price is independent of whether, how much or with what result you trade. Neither Free nor Plus carries a builder fee. Polymarket's own conditions and fees apply independently in every tier and are shown in the app.

Pro is for professional traders who need the executor running around the clock. It is everything in Plus, with a one-time personal setup of the remote executor on a server you own and operate: placement for latency, private network access, a monitoring stack you operate, dead-man's switch and a documented handover. You own the server and the accounts; we set it up once and hand it over, and we hold no standing access afterwards. Later help with access to your system happens only on your request and for a limited time. Pro is offered on request under an individual written agreement, only in unrestricted jurisdictions and only with the server located in your own country. Contact us via support.

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a Plus license purchase. If, at your express request, the license starts before the withdrawal period ends and you then withdraw, you pay only the proportion of the price for the period until your withdrawal. Full details, the model withdrawal form and a pre-filled email link are on the withdrawal page. The Free tier lets you evaluate the full cockpit before buying.
