Before you report a problem
- Check the footer: ENGINE should read READY and PRICES LIVE. Anything else usually means a connectivity issue on your side or at the API; ⓘ DETAILS opens the technical strip.
- Make sure you run the latest release from the official repository.
- Include your OS, app version and the relevant lines from the engine log (tray icon → Open engine log), never include your signer key or wallet secrets. We will never ask for them.

Pro setup
Pro is a one-time personal setup of the remote executor on a server you own and operate, for professional traders who need it running around the clock. It is offered on request under an individual agreement, only in unrestricted jurisdictions and only with the server located in your own country. Write to us with a short description of your setup.
