Before you report a problem

  • Check the footer health dots (EXEC/WS/DATA), a red dot usually means a connectivity issue on your side or at the API.
  • Make sure you run the latest release from the official repository.
  • Include your OS, app version and the relevant lines from the execution log, never include your signer key or wallet secrets. We will never ask for them.
