Right of Withdrawal
1. Withdrawal instruction
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, itereon GmbH, Arsenalstraße 11, 1030 Vienna, Austria, email office@itereon.eu, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To make this easier, this page also offers an email link that opens a pre-filled withdrawal email in your email program. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, subject to section 2 below, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
2. Early start of the service and partial payment (§ 16 FAGG)
The Plus license is a digital service supplied over the term you choose. At purchase you may expressly request that the service begins immediately, before the withdrawal period expires. If you make this request and then withdraw within the 14 days, you owe us the proportion of the agreed price that corresponds to the period from the start of the service until the day you informed us of your withdrawal, calculated pro rata to the term you chose; the remainder is refunded. Example: with a monthly term and a withdrawal after 10 days, you pay 10/30 of the monthly price. Without such a request the service begins after the withdrawal period has expired, and nothing is owed for the time before it. Your right of withdrawal does not expire early in either case.

This link only helps you compose the email in your own email program; it does not send or submit anything itself. Your withdrawal is declared by the email you send to office@itereon.eu. This page informs consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG) about Plus license purchases. For business purchases (B2B) the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Pro setup services are governed by the individual Pro agreement, which contains its own withdrawal instruction.
