1. Withdrawal instruction

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, itereon GmbH, Arsenalstraße 11, 1030 Vienna, Austria, email office@itereon.eu, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You may also use the online withdrawal form on this page; if you do, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

2. Expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital content)

The Pro license is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Pursuant to § 18 Abs 1 Z 11 FAGG, your right of withdrawal expires if, at checkout, (a) you expressly requested and consented that we begin performance, the provision of the license key and the software download, before the withdrawal period expires, (b) you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (c) we have provided you with the confirmation of the contract, including your declarations, on a durable medium (by email). The license key is released only after that confirmation email has been sent. If any of these conditions is not met, your right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
